SekureID Solutions Corp. DBA Alocity, (“Alocity,” “we,” “us,” or“our”) respects your privacy and understands the importance of privacy to our customers. We developed this Privacy Policy(“Policy”) to describe how we collect, use, share, and protect your(sometimes referred to as “you” or “user”) PersonalInformation (described below).
This Policy applies to Personal Information collected or processed through the service you are currently using and the technology supporting the service, including, our websites- https://alocity.com/, web platform, mobile application, or our offered online products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

We may also collect similar information from emails sent to you which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.
We use Log File Information collected from our implementation of. the Services to improve the functionality and content of theServices, and to secure the services by identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
To improve your overall experience with the Services, we may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• Sending you marketing or promotional materials,
• Managing your account,
• Protecting our rights to the Services,

We will retain your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected and processed the Personal Information, or as required by applicable laws.
We will not transfer your email address to any other company. We will not disclose Personal Information except as set forth in thisPolicy. This section describes to whom we disclose PersonalInformation and for what purposes:
• Service Providers. We engage third party service providers to assist us in our day-to-day operations and operating the Services, and to perform administrative activities on our behalf. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure our service providers provide at least the same level of protection for PersonalInformation as we do.
• Companies Involved in Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions.If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of our business or assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or liquidation),any information collected through the Services, including PersonalInformation, may be among the items sold or transferred.
• Law Enforcement, Government Agencies, and Courts. The Services have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of Personal Information. under our control. We use commercially reasonable safe guards, such as industry standard encryption technology, to help keepPersonal Information collected through the Services secure.Despite these efforts to store Personal Information in a secure environment, we cannot guarantee the security of PersonalInformation during its transmission or its storage. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of PersonalInformation, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties such as hackers from illegally obtaining access to Personal Information. We do not represent or warrant that Personal Information about you will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
If you would like to access, update, or delete your PersonalInformation, you may submit a request via the contact information listed in Section 13 (How to Contact Us) below. We will promptly review all such requests in accordance with applicable law. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to completely remove your Personal Information from our systems. For example, as. discussed in Section 7 (Retention and Deletion) we may retain your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, certain regulatory requirements, or if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law, or as retained in our data backup systems or cached or archived pages.
As discussed above, in Section 3 (How We Use Your PersonalInformation), we keep your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise anonymize your Personal Information consistent with applicable laws and industry standards so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is then treated as non-personal information.
If you are using the Services outside the United States, please be aware that Personal Information may be transferred to stored, and processed in the United States. Although we take steps to provide adequate safeguards, the data protection laws of theUnited States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to your information being transferred to the United States for the purposes described in this Policy.
To provide you information regarding the Services, we may send you newsletters, surveys, marketing materials, or other information via email (“Communications”). You may choose to stop receiving Communications by clicking on the conspicuous“Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any email we send to you. Please note that certain Communications are necessary for the proper functioning and use of the Services and you may not have the ability to opt out of those Communications.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information directly from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not send any Personal Information about yourself to us through the Services or offline.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any non-EWS operated website or service linked to or from the Services, including the information or content contained therein. A link to a third party’s website should not be construed as an endorsement.We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties.
We may modify or update this Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. If we make a change to this Policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you as appropriate under the circumstances.
