1. INTRODUCTION

By using the biometric face recognition feature ("Face Recognition") provided by Alocity Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Face Recognition. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, you should not use the Face Recognition feature.

2. CONSENT TO USE BIOMETRIC DATA

By using the Face Recognition feature, you explicitly consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your biometric facial data ("Biometric Data") by the Company for the purpose of access control, identification and any other purpose specified in the Company's Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that your Biometric Data may be used by the Company to provide, maintain, and improve the Face Recognition feature and for other purposes as set forth in the Company's Privacy Policy.

3. DATA SECURITY

The Company is committed to protecting the security of your Biometric Data. The Company will implement reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your Biometric Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Biometric Data.

4. RETENTION AND DELETION OF BIOMETRIC DATA

The Company will retain your Biometric Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws and regulations. The Company will delete or permanently de-identify your Biometric Data when it is no longer needed for these purposes or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

5. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Face Recognition feature after any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Face Recognition feature shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
